Initially, I was delayed nearly an hour before being seen. I was therefore somewhat agitated but when I spoke with Joseph it became clear that the case load had been very busy that day and that the previous appointment needed more due care and attention, hence the delay. Dr Joseph McGilligan has a very calming and methodical manor about him and soon put me at ease with the job to be done. We had a good exchange during my procedure and 15 minutes later, we were done. I felt as if I'd known him for much longer. A good summary and debrief afterwards. My only one constructive feedback which may not have been his responsibility anyway, is I was not informed at any stage as to the cost involved. Had I known, it would not have made the slightest bit of difference. Three days later I'm pleased to report that the wound is healing up nicely. In seven days I will have my stitches out and that will be that!

Dr McGilligan is the perfect Doctor. He carried out the procedures I wanted done and made sure I felt nothing. He was extremely professional and put me at my ease with his quiet, friendly manner. I just knew I was in good hands. If I needed to I would go to Dr. McGilligan without a doubt.
